The best advice I received is - would YOU want to engage with the content you are posting, if you saw it posted by another brand? Is it too long; too short? Does it ask a question or inspire a response? Is it engaging or are you just posting to be part of a conversation.

Give people value with your posts. Are your posts educational? Funny? Motivational?

set a goal - if you’re posting without intent, you’re wasting your efforts

Engaging content…be yourself(your brand), have some fun, have a personality.
Make your posts fun and interactive. Use emojis, videos, surveys, pictures etc.
Set goals, track them, provide value and remember to aim to be of service.
I think its a matter of grabbing their attention and studies have shown that video is much more engaging so I implement as much video into my posts as possible. It is also not as hard to create good video content with all the resources available out there so everyone not trying to use video should give it a go!
I agree! Document how often to post, when to post, and what to post.
Post something you’d want to see, all while sticking within your brand. If it wouldn’t catch your eye while quickly scrolling, it won’t catch the eye of your viewers. Know your target audience!
